Call – Member Data Verification for Account Merging
Makerere University Retirement Benefits Scheme (MURBS) is currently verifying the records of its membership.
We invite all members in the In-House Retirement Benefits Scheme (IHRBS) and Deferred Categories, whose names are listed in the schedule linked here to verify their account records by completed the Member Account Verification Form (linked here) no later than Friday, 25 September 2026.
What to bring:
- A copy of your National ID and Staff ID Card
- A copy of your Appointment Letter/Contract
- Recent Pay slip(s) for the Inhouse Category
- Recent and Historical Pay slips for the Deferred Category
- One Passport photo
Submissions
Submission: Completed documentation should be submitted to our email address: info@murbs.mak.ac.ug; murbs.info1@gmail.com and a copy delivered to the Scheme Office at Makerere University, House 138, Fig Tree Lane (Pool Road).
