Ivory Estate Sonde is located within a vast site that was part of the former Kasarize Estate in Sonde.
Sonde is strategically located in Misindye Parish of Goma Subcounty in Mukono District, bordering fast- growing Namugongo in Wakiso district to the West, Bukerere Parish – home of the upcoming National Housing & Construction Company’s (NHCC) Bukerere Jubilee City to the North, and Seeta Parish to the East and South.
