Our Policy

Our Data Protection and Privacy Policy serves as a guide to ensure that the personal data we collect from Members is processed and stored in a manner that is compliant with the Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019 (DPPA, 2019), Data Protection and Privacy Regulations, 2021, and the guidelines of the National Information Technology Authority Uganda (NITA-U). The Policy provides clear guidance on how personal data is collected, the purposes for which it is used, and the measures taken to protect the data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration or destruction. We are committed to safeguarding members’ information with the utmost care and confidentiality.
